Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview and Eligibility

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all license purchases of the Logopsis desktop software completed via our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

• Eligibility Window: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the timestamp of your initial subscription payment (monthly or annual).
• Scope: Covers both Monthly ($20.00 USD/month) and Annual ($200.00 USD/year) subscription plans.
• Condition: No reason or technical justification is required. Simply request a refund within the 14-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund

You can initiate your refund through either of two convenient channels:

Option A: Direct via Paddle Buyer Portal (Instant & Recommended)

Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, they maintain a self-service buyer portal where you can retrieve invoices, manage transactions, and request refunds directly:

1. Visit the official Paddle Buyer Portal: https://paddle.net.
2. Enter the email address used during checkout or your Paddle Order Reference Number (found in your receipt email).
3. Select the Logopsis transaction and click Request Refund.

Option B: Contact Logopsis Support

You can contact our support team directly via email:

• Include: Your purchase email address and/or the Paddle order reference number.

Our team will acknowledge and submit your refund instruction to Paddle within 24 business hours.

Refunds are always issued in the same currency and back to the identical payment instrument used at checkout.

4. Effect of a Refund on Software Licenses

Once a refund is processed and confirmed:

• Your software license key will be permanently deactivated in our licensing database.
• The desktop application will revert to an unactivated state upon its next license validation check.
• You agree to uninstall the application and delete associated binary packages from your devices.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Auto-Renewal Policy

Logopsis subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) to ensure uninterrupted access to software updates and AI features:

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any moment with zero penalties or cancellation fees.
• How to Cancel: Open the Paddle Buyer Portal (paddle.net) using your purchase email, or email us at kpchvldmr@gmail.com.
• Immediate Protection: Cancellation immediately halts all future recurring charges. Your access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Inquiries

If you experience an issue with your purchase, we kindly ask that you contact us at kpchvldmr@gmail.com or via Paddle at paddle.net before contacting your bank. We process legitimate refund requests promptly and without friction.
