A. Purchase and Billing Information (Processed by Paddle)

When you purchase a license for Logopsis, your purchase is processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not receive, store, or process your credit card numbers, bank details, or CVV codes.

• Information collected by Paddle: Name, email address, billing country, postal code, IP address, and transaction amount.
• Information shared with Logopsis: Customer email address, order reference ID, license key generated, and country of purchase (for software update delivery and customer support).
• Purpose: Issuing your license key, delivering software update notifications, validating active installations, and providing technical support.

B. In-App Data and Local Storage

The Logopsis desktop application runs entirely on your local machine.

• API Credentials (BYOK): Any API keys you provide (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google AI credentials) are stored securely on your local machine using OS-level secure storage (such as macOS Keychain or encrypted local configs). They are transmitted directly from your machine to the respective vendor's endpoint via HTTPS and are never routed through or stored on our servers.
• Chat History & Canvases: All chats, plans, widgets, and canvas documents are saved in your local application data directory. We do not have access to your data.

C. Telemetry and Crash Reports

Logopsis does not track your keystrokes, prompt contents, or file systems. If automatic update checks or optional anonymous crash diagnostics are enabled, only non-identifiable system metadata (such as OS version and app version) is transmitted to ensure software stability.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with select trusted third-party providers to facilitate business operations:

• Paddle.com (Merchant of Record & Payments): Paddle handles payments, VAT/tax compliance, and invoicing. Please review the Paddle Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.
• Email Delivery Service: Used solely for transactional emails (e.g., sending license keys and critical security notices).

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, our legal basis for processing your data is:

We retain customer transaction records for the duration required by applicable statutory tax, legal, and accounting requirements (typically 5 to 7 years). You can permanently delete all local application data at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting its application support directory.
